Customer Service Representative:
This position is responsible for direct contact with multiple clients regarding payroll and customer service. A list of partial duties includes input of payroll information, responding to customer inquiries, and monitoring and tracking special requests. Having experience in multi-establishment payroll environments and custom report writing is a definite plus.

Sales Representative:
This position requires a highly motivated salesperson that is able to cultivate new leads on their own. We require at least two years of outside sales experience, preferably in payroll services, software or technical equipment sales. Time management skills are a must.

Conversion Setup/Training Specialist:
This position is responsible for setting up clients, converting clients’ data to Payright’s format, training clients on Payright’s Evolution software, and ensuring a smooth transition from initial set-up to assignment of a customer service representative. An ideal candidate will be very familiar with payroll concepts, data conversion techniques, various database software, MS Excel, report writing, and basic networking, and be open to technology in general.

HR/TLM Client Specialist
This position works directly with clients to aide in the design, build, deployment and training of custom software solutions using Kronos’s Workforce Ready Tools. An HR/TLM background is required. Should have the ability to interface with clients, Payright Sales and Payright Conversion/Implementation departments working with new and existing clients.
