Philip J. O’Brien, President
Phil founded Payright Payroll Service, Inc. in 1989. Since then, he has worked tirelessly to provide quality payroll services to clients. An Army veteran, Phil brings a stellar work ethic and a drive to succeed to the executive team. Phil’s original version of a small, flexible, client-oriented company persists today in Payright’s focus on catering to the needs of each individual client. His commitment to outstanding client service has allowed the company to grow while still maintaining a level of personal contact with clients that differentiates Payright from the rest of the industry. Phil received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Boston College.

Stephen McMahon, Vice President
Steve joined Payright in 2005 and since then has helped bring the company to new levels. He continues to bring a family-oriented mindset to a business built on personal connection. His creativity and determination have resulted in a myriad of new directions for the company, including the mastery of new payroll technology and implementation of new services to meet the changing needs of businesses today. As Payright grows, Steve is always ready to meet the challenges that the changing world of business might bring. Steve graduated from Nichols College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Douglas Downs, General Manager
Doug joined Payright in 2012 and has brought fresh ideas and an attention to detail with regards to all the daily challenges that emerge in payroll processing. Prior to his work with Payright, Doug spent more than ten years working in Operations Management and over twenty-five years in business. This experience in customer service and business operations has given Payright a renewed sense of the importance of client services and new abilities to offer services specific to the ever-changing needs of clients across the country. Doug is instrumental in helping to turn visions of the future into a reality for Payright, while meeting the challenges that come with a growing business. Doug obtained a degree in Business Administration from the Univeristy of Central Florida.
